Our routes stretch from the northern edge of Cobb County up into the foothills of Pickens County, and now reach east into Gwinnett and DeKalb and south into Fulton. If your address falls near the edge, reach out and we’ll confirm coverage.

Cherokee County

Our home county, and the busiest part of our route. Fast residential growth over the last decade means a mix of older systems on hard red clay and newer ones installed during the recent building boom — both need close attention out here.

Forsyth County

One of the fastest-growing counties in the state, which means a lot of the septic systems here are newer than what we see elsewhere on our route. New doesn’t always mean problem-free — we still see systems sized tight for the clay they sit in.

Cobb County

Most of Cobb runs on county sewer, so our work concentrates in the pockets that never connected — north around Acworth and Kennesaw, and west and south around Marietta’s older neighborhoods, Powder Springs, Mableton, and Austell.

Bartow County

A wider mix of rural and lakefront properties than we see closer to Woodstock, with Lake Allatoona shaping a fair number of the septic layouts near the shoreline. Older farm properties out this way often have systems that predate current permitting records.

Pickens County

The ground changes noticeably once you’re this far north — shallow bedrock and steeper grades are more common as the Piedmont starts climbing toward the foothills, which limits where a drain field can go on some lots.

Paulding County

Rolling terrain and a lot of recent residential growth define this end of our route. Newer subdivisions built out past existing sewer lines mean septic here skews younger on average than what we see in Cherokee or Bartow.

Fulton County

North Fulton has extended county sewer to much of Alpharetta and Roswell, but older established neighborhoods, equestrian properties, and lots along the Chattahoochee River corridor are still on septic — a different kind of work than our clay-country routes further north.

Gwinnett County

Gwinnett has one of the highest concentrations of septic systems of any county in the state, spread across established subdivisions from the 1970s through the 2000s, Lake Lanier-area properties, and pockets of older rural land that never made the jump to county sewer.

Septic here concentrates outside the I-285 perimeter, in communities like Lithonia and Stone Mountain, where granite-influenced terrain and mature tree cover shape the work, alongside creek-corridor properties with their own setback and water-table considerations.

Set Routes Across a Growing Coverage Area, No Guesswork on Coverage

We run set routes through each county we serve rather than dispatching trucks wherever a call happens to come in that day. It keeps drive time down, which keeps pricing honest, and it means we’re regularly in each community instead of showing up once and disappearing.

If your property sits right at the edge of the map, we’d rather tell you plainly whether we cover it than take the job and figure it out later. A quick call before you book usually settles it.
